Welcome to my journey through my first 100 days as Executive Headteacher at Willaston School. I am excited to share with you my experiences as I navigate this new role and work to improve the school for the pupils, staff and community whilst maintaining my roles at Laxey School and Dhoon School. This week, follow along as I join the busy breakfast club on my first day, take a site walk with the caretaker, lead my first staff meeting, and meet with staff to discuss their views and career goals. I’ll also be sharing my vision for the school and the next steps I’m taking to make a positive impact at Willaston.
