Maxim’s schools are recognised nationally for their inclusive practice: Laxey School holds Centre of Excellence status, while both Laxey and Willaston are accredited as Flagship Schools for Inclusion. In addition to leading this work locally, Maxim serves as an Inclusion Quality Mark Assessor, acting as an ambassador for a cluster of more than 20 schools across the UK. In this role, he coordinates termly meetings and undertakes peer review assessments, sharing expertise and championing inclusive education at a national and international level.
