Navigating the First Week: A Headteacher’s Journey at Willaston School

Welcome to my journey through my first 100 days as Executive Headteacher at Willaston School. I am excited to share with you my experiences as I navigate this new role and work to improve the school for the pupils, staff and community whilst maintaining my roles at Laxey School and Dhoon School.
